Returns & Exchanges

Any fullprice item that you are unhappy with simply return it to us with the invoice and returns/faulty slip within the 14 days of purchase date for a full refund or 30 days from purchase date for an exchange, in the condition you received it in, with tags/labels attached & we will happily refund or exchange.*
 
Change of mind refunds not applicable on sale items.

Return postage costs are not covered by JR's Surf & Ski.

If you receive a refund we do not refund the shipping cost.

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.

Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in the original condition with the original tags attached.

Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.

Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. JR's Surf & Ski will not pay to return these items to you.

If an item is deemed faulty, we will gladly reimburse the return postage up to a total of AU$10.00. This includes postage only; packaging is at an additional cost to you.

Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. So you are kept informed, we will send you an email confirming your refund or exchange, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment.
